Purchase, Shipping and Returns So, you're interested in adopting one of my fellows? Well first of all, thank you very much for your interest! Here is some information I hope you'll find useful... Purchasing Payment can be made either in the form of an international money order or by using Paypal which accepts major credit cards over secured servers. The fastest and easiest way to purchase one of my fellows is by Paypal. A Payment by Paypal is shipped the first Monday after payment confirmation unless there are any additional requirements. Then it will depend on the time required to finish the extra request. Shipping is the first Monday upon completion. I have been a Paypal member since 1999 and haven't had any problems dealing with them. I do some eBay buying and selling and Paypal has been my preferred payment and buying method. For those that don't want to use Paypal. The other method is by Money Order. I accept US/Canadian/International money orders. These can be purchased from Banks, Money Marts and even Wal-Mart! For purchases using money orders just send me an email at the email address above indicating which bear and I'll reply with the payment address and then reserve the bear for up to two weeks. If more than one person happens to make a purchase of the same bear before the page is updated, the subsequent payments will be refunded as these are one-of-a-kind bears. Taxes The purchase price includes any taxes for Canadian residents. Shipping Shipping is included in the cost of the bear for US and Canadian destinations via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service which is tracked and insured. For International destinations there's an additional cost of $25us-$40us depending on the destination for one or two bears. Returns If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, I will take it back and refund you the cost less shipping and any fees (such as Paypal and/or Border fees for International destinations) for up to 30 days after receiving it. I will also take any of my creations back anytime thereafter under a pre-arranged agreement. I want all my fellows to be well placed!
